Black Out

After so many white based outfits lately, it’s time to go back to the dark side. I do love a good all black outfit, especially when complimented with a fabulous monochrome bag like this one! All black is fun and makes you feel very Parisian (despite the Sydney Harbour Bridge being in view!)

Peplum/ frill edge skirts have found their way to Sydney and taken over, I like this one from Zara because it manages to cover off casual and smart. I want this skirt in every colour (I believe it comes in yellow, red, white and green as well as black) so I can wear on rotation each day of the week. I feel confident I could create a whole new each time with different styling and accessories. Maybe it’s a style challenge! If I’m not wearing this skirt with this particular top, I’m wearing it to the office with a check shirt and birks.

Side note: white nails = my favourite. Can’t get enough!
